The cartridge only contains the information for the default temperatures--including the temperatures the machine automatically heats to before it runs a program. They sell all types of 3d Printers and certainly know nothing about the da vinci Printers. None of those items needed to be messed with, and yet others have to be run through Slic3r to get the gcode for a demo print. Do they flip and start selling costlier printers then to recoup and stay afloat? The main reason for this is that I'm not printing all the time and so I quite like the idea that the filament is kept dry inside it. All the threads I found besides that one using ebay which has a limit of uses due to color selected and sn changes lead to changing to ramps.
Nor is there any reason why I must make future purchases from the company. For the cost it gets the job done. After it reaches those temperatures, the gcode takes over and can set the extruder and heated bed temperatures as normal. There are a number of consumers who have been disappointed to find out the retailer was incorrect. This allows the extruder to change direction quicker and results in slightly better quality on small details. The printer is now mine, and I am free to do what I please with it. But after an hour my print got brittle.
As far as belt tension, they can be adjusted if you take off the smoked plastic sides. I did find that I needed to tweak the z axis setting a little after changing filaments. Use it once and then try the other methods paper under the nozzle; dial indicator. Same with M190--it waits for the bed to reach specified temperature. Profits are not evil, but neither is a consumer modifying the property they purchased to make it more economical. I'm not sure offhand which code simply sets the bed temperature without waiting. Laser printing in the 80s was the higher end way and very common in publishing and business, and inkjet was being manufactured in the 80s too. Needless to say, a lot of these will be sold.
Anyone else having this issue? My first 3 prints it ran the auto calibration and hasn't run it since. What creates more problems is the fact that the filament that comes with this printer has some diameter inaccuracies that show up on the surface of the printed models in the form of small blobs. I do think trying to protect their technical measures with legal ones is evil. Do you have any suggestions on how I can mod your sketch to read this thing? What I can't see is if the squeezing is deflecting the idler peg further away or closer to the drive wheel.
