I found this info posted by others and it may help folks still seeking a solution. There's only 1mhz difference between 59mhz and the 60mhz rate that I now have. It took a bit of playing about but now seems to be working fine. We do not cover any losses spend by its installation. Deleted the 60hz also as wasn't being used. We do not guarantee its workability and compatibility. I feel good that I have been able to return the favors in some small way.
Once updated, multiple displays don't work, and the correct screen resolution is not available. I copied and saved from the backup of registry. If not, when will you make it compatible? I had to reboot though for the overscan to resolve itself. I am guessing there will not be any further updates for it. I installed it on my Mother's computer several years ago -- pre Windows 10 -- and now she is having problems too, especially with games.

If you have an idea that may help, post that, but there's no need to get frustrated because people ask the same question over, just ignore it or help them find the answer they're looking for. Of course, I would prefer not to disable this, but the latest driver needs to be fixed. The rebooted, and great news, no black borders. Your underscan should be gone! Couldn't find the 59mhz refresh rate that this monitor is supposed to use, but that's cool. . Also, there was two entries for 1920x1080 with 59 and 60hz. Run the Setup and you should be good to go.
